How do I choose the right surfboard for me?
Choosing the right surfboard depends on your skill level, height, weight, and the type of waves you’ll be riding. If you’re unsure, just get in contact with us and our experienced staff will be able to help guide you through the process and recommend the perfect board for you.

What kind of wetsuit do I need for surfing in New Zealand?
The type of wetsuit you need depends on the water temperature and the time of year you’ll be surfing. If you’re a first time wetsuit purchaser, we recommend a 3/2mm wetsuit with long arms and long legs as it is suitable all year round, except for in the heart of winter. If you are surfing in June, July or August, you may want to look at a 4/3mm wetsuit to keep you warm.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as bank transfer and ZIP payments made weekly/ fortnightly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders within New Zealand take 2-3 business days.
Do you offer surfboard rentals?
Yes, we offer surfboard rentals for both beginners and advanced surfers.

What is your return policy?
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Returns must be made within the 7 days of purchasing unless faulty. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on our website or the courier’s website.
Do you offer shipping nationally and internationally?
Unfortunately at this point in time we are only able to ship New Zealand wide. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. We offer free shipping for any purchases over $50.
