Our Women's Programs
Improve your physical and mental health, increase your confidence in the water and become a part of a fantastic community of female surfers.
We are committed to providing women throughout New Zealand with opportunities to experience the joy and empowerment of surfing.
Our Surf Sistas program offers a fun and supportive environment to learn to surf as well as improve your surfing skills. The program is open to women of all levels and includes coaching from experienced female instructors, as well as equipment rental and transportation to local surf spots.
For women looking for a more immersive experience, we also offer Women’s Wellness Retreats. These retreats are designed to help you improve your physical fitness, mental health, and overall well-being through a combination of surfing lessons, yoga classes, mindfulness exercises, and other wellness activities. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women and explore the beautiful coastal scenery of Te Arai.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced surfer, our programs provide a safe and welcoming space for women to learn, grow, and experience the transformative power of surfing.
